Hi, I'm Tyler, and I'm the founder of Tyler Selby Tutoring!
I first discovered my passion for tutoring in a voluntary High School program to help struggling students with math, and continued that journey on through College. I find immense joy in being a big part of the path to educational success for students wanting to improve.
With my experience and knowledge, I not only provide success for students in their math classes, but I also pass on my logical style of thinking as an engineer to set up their success for their future. I focus on “why” this is the answer, not just how to get there. I always strive to find the best experience for the student in my tutoring sessions!

Hi! My name is Uriel. I currently work as an Engineering Professional in the water resources sector. Though I love my job, I discovered my love for helping others in STEM subjects as a college student when I would help my roommates and friends with their homework. Recently, through helping my brother with his college level mathematics and physics courses, I was reminded of how rewarding it feels to help struggling students with such challenging courses.
During my free time I enjoy staying active by participating in CrossFit and playing soccer at a local recreational league. I also enjoy, spending my weekends exploring the bay area hiking trails or going to the park with my wife and dog.
